Granola-Buttermilk Muffins
Ingredients
DirectionsHeat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x11/4 inch. Beat in brown sugar, shortening and buttermilk thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan; serve warm.
