Peanut Butter Rounds
Ingredients
DirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy. Sift flour, baking soda and nutmeg into the peanut butter mixture. Add the sesame seeds; stir until the ingredients are combined. With your hands, form 1-inch balls of dough. Dip each ball into beaten egg white, then roll it in wheat germ. Place the balls on lightly greased cookie sheets about 1 to 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Rate this Recipe
