Peanut Butter CookieMy son just loved helping me make this wonderful treat
Ingredients
DirectionsMix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, margarine and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape into 1-1/4 inch balls. Place 3 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in criss-cross pattern with floured fork. Bake 9-10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Rate this Recipe
