Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1	cup	peanut butter
1	cup	sugar
1	each	egg	lightly beaten
1/2	cup	mini chocolate chips	semi-sweet

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg (batter will be stiff).

Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop level tablespoonfuls and roll into balls.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until browned.

Chicken And Turkey Sausage Gumbo

Sounds like a pretty good recipe except for that turkey sausage. I'd prefer another kind. Lots of garlic would also do the recipe wonders. Besides that, looks pretty good to me! I'd give it a try instead of mine one time just to see.
