Oatmeal Cut Out Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar powdered
1 cup butter
1 each egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
1 cup oats finely chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Cream powdered suger and butter add egg and vanilla add remaining ingredients roll out and cut into shapes bake 375 ` about 8-10 minutes.
