Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

2 large eggs large
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter melted
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins, seedless
3 cups flour, unbleached all-purpose
1/4 cup water hot

Directions

Beat the eggs and add the other ingredients; mix well.

Drop on a buttered cookie sheet.

Press flat.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Bacalao a la Viscaina

I have had Bacalo a la Vizcaina many times. It was served in Cuba, my birthplace, usually at lunch time. I have had it in Spain, also, and prefered the Cuban version (familiarity?) This recipe reads very well and I am excited to have found it. Can hardly wait to try it.
