Kitchen Sink Cookies

Everything but the kitchen sink is here in this recipe that makes scrumptious cookies everyone will love.

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cups brown sugar, light packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins, seedless
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

With an electric mixer, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition.

In another bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, baking sdoa cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Blend well. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.

Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven 8-10 minutes.

Jimmy Dean Country Breakfast Casserole

This is great. I have served it at two separate gatherings and everyone loves it. I use 1 lb. sage sausage and one lb. hot sausage and I use french bread.
