Chicken and Stuffing Bread

Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose bread
1/2 cup flour, all-purpose wheat
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 1/4 cups stuffing mix instant
1 tablespoon onion dried, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/3 cup celery fresh, 1/4 inch pieces
1/4 cup mushrooms, canned canned, drained
1 each egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup chicken breast cooked, diced

Directions

Heat chicken broth and water together.

Place all ingredients except chicken in pan in the order listed.

Select white bread setting and press "Start".

Add chicken at the "beep", just before the end of final kneading.
