My husband doesn't care for curry. One night I decided I was going to cook for my taste instead of his. I went to Google and pulled up RecipeLand.com. Searched for chicken curry. I wasn't prepared as to any of the ingredients needed, so I had to look for a recipe that had basic ingredients. I found Breezy Point Chicken Curry...and WOW.. I fixed the recipe and put it over regular white rice. What a find. It was so good.It tasted just like the Chicken Curry I have had so often in East Indian Restaurants. The best thing that came out of this whole experience, is my husband loved it!!.. I told him he could eat it or not.. I was sorry he loved it too, cause that meant no "leftovers". I would recommend this recipe to anyone that wants to try a curry recipe.. Thank you RecipeLand!! I am now a member.P.S. It only took 40 min. to prepare, and that meant defrosting the chicken in the microwave. |
