Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats

Directions

Combine sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa in saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil.

Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.

Blend in the peanut butter and oats. Mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Allow to cool.
