Frosted Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 each egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups cashew nuts salted, haved
Frosting
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, margarine, egg and vanilla.

Stir in cashews.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched.

Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.

Cool completely. Frost with frosting ingredients mixed together.

Frosting: Heat margarine in saucepan over medium heat until delicate brow; cool.

Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk, beat until frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.
