Family Favorite Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

3/4	cup	margarine	softened
1	cup	sugar
2	large	eggs
1/2	teaspoon	vanilla extract	or lemon flavoring
2 1/2	cups	flour, all-purpose
1	teaspoon	baking powder
1	teaspoon	salt

Directions

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and flavoring.

Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.

Blend in. Chill ( not really necessary if flour is cold)

Roll dough on lightly floured board.

Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 400 for 6-8 min.
