Ingredients

1	cup	powdered sugar
1	cup	sugar	white
1	cup	margarine
1	cup	vegetable oil
2	large	eggs	beaten
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract	or almond flavouring
4 1/2	cups	flour, all-purpose	plus 2 tbsp.
1	teaspoon	salt
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1	teaspoon	cream of tartar

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Chill dough and roll into balls. Press down with fork or glass.

Nuts or fruits may be added before chilling dough.

Bake at 370 degree s for 12 minutes.

Should be light brown. This is a large recipe and very good .
