Double Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

This recipe is so easy... and delicious! They turn out soft and chewy and everyone loves them. Several people have asked me for the recipe! Definately one of my favorites.

Ingredients

1 package cake mix, devils food mix with pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
6 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet morsels

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.

Stir in chocolate morsels.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2andquot; apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Cool on pan for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Traditionally speaking it is rather accurate with my old family recipe but instead of beef broth, try adding some lean Speck.
