Preheat oven to 350.

Combine first 4 ingredients in med. bowl.

Mix in mayonnasie.

Shape dough by 2 tablesponfuls into balls.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

Bake aobut 12 minutes.

Cool.
