1/2 teaspoon nut flavouring
1 each egg
3 cups flour, all-purpose
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons water
1 x food coloring optional

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Cool on wire racks.

Repeat with remaining dough.

Combine powdered sugar, water, and food coloring.
