Healthy microwave cookies with soy flour, wheat germ, powdered milk, raisins, dates, cottage cheese, and honey: protein-packed snacks ready in 5 minutes.

20 minMix soy flour, milk powder, wheat germ, raisins, and chopped dates in one bowl, then blend cottage cheese, eggs, water, honey, oil, and vanilla in another.
Combine everything into stiff dough, drop by spoonfuls onto a greased pan, and microwave at full power for 3 to 5 minutes until the bottoms are firm.
These aren’t your typical cookies: they’re dense, wholesome, protein-rich snacks designed to fuel kids through homework and sports practice.
Makes three dozen.
Chef Tips
- Dough will be very stiff due to soy flour and wheat germ; that’s correct texture
- Microwave just until bottoms are firm; they’ll finish setting as they cool
- Store in airtight container; these are best eaten within a few days due to cottage cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, mix soy flour, milk powder, wheat germ, raisins and dates.
In small bowl, mix cheese, eggs, water, honey, oil and vanilla.
Add cheese mixture to dry ingredients and blend.
Dough will be stiff.
