Cheese Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2	cup	peanut butter
1	cup	cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
2/3	cup	butter	softened
1 1/2	cups	flour, unbleached all-purpose
1/2	teaspoon	salt

In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, cheese, butter, flour and salt.

Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place teaspoon of the dough 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
