Chocolate Zucchini Cake - Louise

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups zucchini grated
1 cup chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet chips

Directions

Sift together first 6 ingredients and set aside.

Cream together sugar, butter andamp; oil; add eggs, buttermilk andamp; vanilla.

Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.

Add zucchini and stir until blended.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

Bake at 350 for 45 min.
