Chef Freddy's Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients
DirectionsPut the rhubarb in the bottom of 9x11 inch glass cake/baking pan. Mix the gelatin and the sugar, pour over the rhubarb, cover with the marshmallows, then pour the cake mix on top of everything. Bake in a 350 degrees F. oven for 45 to 50 min. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate `til ready to serve, garnish as desired. Rate this Recipe

My husband loves lamb and he insists these are the absolute best he's ever had. They were tasty and even though we like them a little more done than medium rare, they were still melt-in-your-mouth tender. |
