1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions

MIX IN THE PAN OR A BOWL BAKE 350 FOR 25 MIN 9 X 13 PAN.

DO NOT GREASE PAN
