Betty's Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients
DirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs; add bananas, then 2 cups flour. Measure 2 cups flour, reserving 2 tablespoon to coat blueberry. Place flour in sifter with remaining dry ingredients. Sift and fold into the banana mixture. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over the blueberries and coat well; then fold into batter. Divide the batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Rate this Recipe

Member ReviewShrimp Etouffee Serves Basically recipe is good, BUT, needs some fine chopped bell peppers, I used approx. 1/2 cup, needs 1/2 can or so of water...without it etouffee is to thick, needs about 3/4 to 1 tsp. of Crab Boil. Finally needs bit more cooking then the 20 min's. they call for. I cooked about 35-40 min's. as I used jumbo shrimp. Other then these few things I found the recipe almost true "Cajun". |
