| 1 | pinch | thyme | |
| 3 | medium | onions | coarsely chopped |

| 1 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1 | pinch | rosemary leaves | |
| 3 | tablespoons | tapioca | instant |
Directions
Put all ingredients in a deep casserole, cover tightly and bakefor 5 hours at 225 degrees F.
Not necessary to brown the beef first.
