Directions

Heat olive oil in large pan over medium heat.

Add onions, garlic and zucchini and sauté until onions are transparent, 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes with juice, stock, Sherry, oregano, basil and pepper.

Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add beans and tuna and simmer for another 15 minutes.
