Idaho Chili-Quick & Easy

When on the go, try this Idaho-style chili that's made with pinto beans, ground beef and tomato sauce.

Ingredients

3 cups pinto beans or red beans, cooked
1 1/2 pound ground beef lean
24 ounces tomato sauce canned
1 each onion chopped
1 each garlic clove, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Saute hamburger and chopped onion, drain. Add to beans with spices, garlic and tomatoes. Salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or until heated and flavors blend.

Chocodeath Cake
