Ingredients

hand
1 cup durum semolina flour
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon saffron or threads
1/3 cup water as needed
extruder
1 cup durum semolina flour
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon saffron or threads
1 tablespoon vegetable oil optional
1/4 cup water as needed

Directions

If using saffron threads, warm the water in the microwave for 1 minute and soak the threads in the water.
