Nutty Shrimp (Or Chicken) Pasta

Ingredients

1 pound pasta prepared
1 package thai peanut sauce
1 can coconut milk
1 pound shrimp medium, cleaned
1 cup bean sprouts optional
1/4 cup peanuts unsalted, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped

Directions

In saucepan bring coconut milk to a boil.

Stir in peanut sauce mix.

Add shrimp or chicken.

Cook until done.

Add bean sprouts.

Combine sauce and prepared pasta.

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and scallions.

Cheddar Cheese Bread

This bread is very moist. It makes great croutons also! I am making it for the second time now.
