Macaroni and Beef

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
2 cups pasta, elbow macaroni uncooked
1/2 medium onion chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, canned sliced, drained
21.5 ounces soup, tomato condensed
1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.

Put into crock-pot.

Cook macaroni according to package directions until barely tender; drain well.

Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot.

Stir just enough to blend.

Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
