Cabbage Salad with Cream Dressing

Ingredients

3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 x black pepper
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium cabbage thinly sliced

Directions

Combine sugar, salt, pepper and cream.

Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.

Add vinegar.

Arrange cabbage slices in salad bowl, pour dressing over cabbage.
