| 3 | ounces | mushrooms, canned | |
| 1 | envelope | onion soup mix | |
| 1 | cup | sour cream | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | x | egg noodles | cooked and drained |
Directions
Cut meat into thin strips; brown in shortening. Add water andmushrooms. Stir in onion soup mix; heat to boiling.
Blend sour cream and flour, and add to hot mixture. Let thicken.
Serve over noodles.
