Ingredients

| 1/2 | cup | honey | |
| 2 | tablespoons | chicken broth | sodium-reduced |
| 2 | tablespoons | prepared mustard | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | lemon zest | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3 | pounds | frying chicken | skin removed, cut up |
Directions
Heat coals or gas grill.Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Cover and grill chicken, bone sides down, 5-6 from medium
heat 15-30 minutes.
Turn chicken.
Cover and grill 20-40 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or
3 times with honey mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer
pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Discard any remaining honey mixture.
