Easy Chicken in Beer

Ingredients

3	chicken	chicken breast	with bone, cut in half
1/2	package	onion soup mix
2	cups	beer	regular
1	cup	beer, dark	sweet

Directions

Put chicken in pan.

Stir soup and beers and pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil.

Turn down heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

If it starts drying out just add a little chicken broth or water.

Serve with plain rice.
