Everything goes into one bowl: cooked chicken, wild rice blend, cream of celery soup, French-style green beans, crunchy water chestnuts, pimentos, onion, and mayo.
Stir it up, pour it into a casserole dish, and let the oven do the rest.
The mayo keeps everything moist while the top gets a light golden crust from baking uncovered. Water chestnuts hold their snap even after baking, giving you a little texture surprise in every bite.
Chef Tips
- Cook the rice and chicken ahead of time to make this a true 5-minute assembly
- Bake uncovered the whole time so the top develops a light, crispy edge
