BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken frying, cut up
1/2 cup barbecue sauce chinese style
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag.

Press air out; seal bag securely.

Rotate gently to coat chicken.

Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.

Grill or broil 4 to 5 inches; from heat, 12-16 minutes on each side, or until done.

Shrimp Won Ton

Mmmmm, very good dumplings. I didn't use pork, just shrimp, still very flavorful. I made wonton soup, using carrots and Chinese napa cabbage. Great for a cold winter day. I had some leftover wontons, so I froze them for later use.
