Brussels Sprouts and Carrot Salad

Ingredients

10 ounces brussel sprouts
5 medium carrots sliced, cooked
1/2 cup salad dressing leamon shaker

Directions

Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions until they are crisp but tender; drain.

Drain carrots and put them in a bowl; add brussels sprouts and Lemon Shaker Dressing; mix well.

Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours before using; stir occasionally.

Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

I would cut back on the yogurt. After following the recipe it tasted like yogurt-basil soup. Even after doubling the tomatoes, it's a very light pink and could use more tomato flavor.
