Honey Beef with Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
DirectionsHeat oil in wok over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove from wok and set aside. Add beef to wok. Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens to make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with beef.
