Tender beef strips get tossed with snow peas and zucchini in a sticky honey-soy glaze while toasted sesame seeds add nutty crunch.

The fresh pineapple salsa on the side? That’s the real star, with lime juice and red chili cutting through the richness.

Directions

Heat oil in wok over medium heat.

Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.

Remove from wok and set aside.

Add beef to wok.

Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.

Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.

Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens to make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.

Toss to combine.

Serve with beef.
