Forget boring meatloaf night. These beefy biscuit cups turn a simple combo of ground beef, jarred spaghetti sauce, and refrigerated biscuits into something the whole family will fight over.

Each golden biscuit shell cradles a spoonful of rich, saucy meat filling, then gets a bubbly blanket of melted cheddar cheese right at the finish.

They come together in about 30 minutes with just four ingredients, which makes them a weeknight lifesaver.

Kids go absolutely wild for these because they get to eat with their hands.

Kitchen Tips

  • Press biscuits firmly up the sides of greased muffin cups so the meat filling stays put and doesn’t leak out during baking.
  • Don’t overfill each cup. Two tablespoons of meat mixture is the sweet spot for even cooking and easy eating.
  • Let the cups cool in the pan for a couple minutes before removing so the biscuit bottoms hold their shape.
