Beef Porcupines
Ingredients
DirectionsMix half of marinara sauce in with everything except for consomme oil and water. Form meatballs. Fry meatballs in oil until lightly browned. Add rest of marinara, consomme and water. Cook until tender, about 40 minutes, with the pan covered. Or bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Rate this Recipe

A most tasty chocolate torte. In the past, I have used the Ghirardelli Flourless Chocolate Torte Recipe, but misplaced that cookbook. I needed to make a torte for a birthday. I made a Raspberry Coulis for the plate, and served the torte with a dollop of whipped cream, and a dusting of bittersweet chocolate on the cream. It was beautiful! Thank you for helping me out in a bind! |
