Ingredients

beef |
rump roast |

each |
onions |
|
| 2 |
each |
garlic |
cloves |

celery |
stalk |

salt pork |
or bacon |
Directions
Trim all excess fat from roast. Mince 1 onion, the garlic, celery and salt pork. Lightly flour roast; rub with minced mixture. Slice remaining onion place in crockpot. Place roast on onion. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
