Crockpot Pork RoastNo one likes a dry pork roast, so try this succulent crockpot recipe that will have everyone licking their lips!
Ingredients
DirectionsPrepare your vegetables. Place in crockpot in the following order: carrots then potatoes and then your pork roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast. Slow-cook on low for about 10 hours. Note: You can substitute a beef roast. Rate this Recipe

I switched sugar for brown sugar on the rub (which is what makes this dish so wonderful). I skipped making the sauce for a bottled version to save time. I never cooked a rack before because I thought it was so difficult to cook. My deli just lost a customer buying racks of ribs; Now, I can do it on my own. |
