Crock Pot Spanish Rice

This simple recipe will have you making this scrumptious side dish that is great to serve when having guests over for dinner.

Ingredients

2 pounds beef ground
1 each onion chopped
1 each green bell pepper chopped
1 each tomatoes 28 oz can, stewed
1 each tomato sauce 16 oz can
1 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder or to taste
1 x salt to taste
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 cups rice converted
3 each celery stalks, chopped

Directions

Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 hours. Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top (if desired).

Asparagi Di Campo (Cold Marinated Asparagus)
