Best Beef Pot Roast

Another succulent beef roast that is seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nothing beats the succulent aroma it fills your kitchen with!

Ingredients

4 pounds beef chuck, or blade roast
1 each onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cups water

Directions

Brown roast. Place in crockpot. Salt and pepper. Cook roast in crockpot for 7 to 9 hours on low. Simmer about a cup of water in the skillet you browned the roast in and stir to get all the brown bits in the skillet mixed in. Save for gravy.
