1 cup water
1 package gravy mix, brown
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mixed vegetables frozen, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese, reduced-fat grated

Directions

Portuguese Roast Turkey

I have made this for the past 3 years and it is a HUGE hit with everyone. The skin is delisious and the meat is so tender and juicy. I will never do a regular roasted turkey again.
