Easy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

4 each chicken breasts boneless
1/4 cup bread crumbs buttered
4 cups cheese swiss or monterey jack
1 Cn soup, cream of mushroom
1/4 cup wine sherry or white

Directions

Completely coat the inside of your casserole with mayonnaise.

Cover chicken with cheese.

Mix the soup and the wine and pour over all.

Cover with crumbs and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Very good and easy! We've made it with low fat and low sodium beef broth also.
