Crusty Beef Casserole

Ingredients

1 each onion chopped
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean from round
48 ounces spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 pound noodles fine
10 ounces cheddar cheese non-fat or low-fat
1 x seasoned salt to taste

Directions

BAKE: 325 F Brown meat and onions.

Add sauce; heat.

Arrange in casserole half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese; sprinkle with salt.

Make another layer of noodles, sauce and cheese.

Bake 1 hour.

Freezes well.

15-Minute Stroganoff

This is a terrific recipe. It is not only fast but also delicious. I used ground beef instead of round steak because that was what I had on hand. Wonderful recipe.
