Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
4 each chicken breasts cooked
1 can soup, cream of chicken
2 cans chicken broth
1 package stuffing mix 6 ounces

Directions

Melt margarine and combine with stuffing mix and mushroom soup that has been diluted with 1 cup of the chicken both.

Place 1/2 of mixture in 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

Layer chicken.

Pour mushroom soup that has been diluted with other cup of chicken broth over top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.

Almond Coconut Twinkles - 1953 Winner

Wonderful recipe! I am taking this to a cookie exchange. I used sweetened chocolate in the frosting as the recipe didn't indicate unsweetened. They turned out great! Even my kids who hate coconut liked them, the coconut dissolved and the inside was chewy!
