Cabbage-Sausage-Beef Goulash

Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
1 each onion chopped
28 ounces tomatoes chopped
6 ounces tomato paste
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 cups cabbage shredded

Directions

The spiciness of the pork depends upon your taste.

Experiment with a mixture of mild and hot.

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well.

Add remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well.

Stir in cabbage and simmer 20-25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
