Pork Chop Onion Rice Bake
Ingredients
DirectionsBrown pork chops or chicken breasts, Line a 13x9 inch pan with foil, spray with oil. Put rice in bottom of pan. Reserve 1 tablespoon onion soup mix, and sprinkle the rest over rice. Place mushrooms over rice, top with chops or chicken. Sprinkle reserved onion soup mix over chops. Add 3 cups hot water. Cover with foil, bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, remove foil and brown slightly for another 5 minutes. Rate this Recipe

Member ReviewAcorns My mother used to make these cookies every year for the holidays, and it's nice to see they're on recipeland. Instead of hand molding the cookies into the acorn shape, she used to use a teaspoon to form the cookies. You still put the chocolate and nuts on the fat end of the cookie, but it's a little quicker to make them using the spoon. |
