Zesty Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs dry
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon beef bouillon instant
1 teaspoon lemon zest grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.

Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

It is funny to see a recipe for grilled cheese, but I really like to read everyones customizations, so here is mine... Mozzerella with a little leftover spaghetti sauce. Mmmm. Like a little piece of pizza heaven.
