Burgers on the Grill

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 hamburger buns split
1 x lettuce and tomato slices, optional

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.

Shape into four patties.

Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired.

10 Minute Szechuan Chicken

I love this recipe, it's easy and delicious and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. I recommend adding garlic at the END of the browning of the chicken, so garlic won't burn. If you use regular Soy Sauce (instead of Low Salt), add less - 1/4 cup is plenty.
